‘Imaginary Friend’ for World Oceans Day

Commissioned by the UN’s special Envoy for the Oceans, Peter Thompson, in collaboration with Richard Curtis’s Project Everyone, we created this short film in support of the Global Goal’s Goal14 ‘Life Below Water’ to raise awareness of how Ocean health affects us all and everyday actions people can take to improve it.

Martin is divorced, out-of-shape and out of friends. When his son Liam comes to stay for the first weekend since the break-up Martin is desperate to reconnect. But Liam is more interested in his hero - Martial Artist Legend: Bruce Lee. With their relationship on the line Martin is running out of ideas. What if he could convince Liam that he is the reincarnation of Bruce Lee?

Sam is a man adrift in the wake of a relationship. Left by his girlfriend, unable to find a means to move on, he responds to an ad by an enigmatic couple who claim they can help, but what he takes to be a form of off-kilter therapy soon evolves into something far stranger.
